More than 20 Minnesota-based growers, nurseries, specialty foods companies and artists participate each week. Weekly farm produce includes: fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, herbs, nuts, honey, dairy products, eggs, poultry, meats, fish, cut flowers and nursery stock. Specialty foods include jams, preserves, syrups, salsas, ciders, pickled vegetables, hand-
crafted desserts, gourmet confections, root beer, artisan breads and other baked goods. Different local artists visit the market each week to display their wares, including woven rugs, handcrafted jewelry, wrought ironwork, hand thrown pottery,
and more.
